摘 要:用苯胺作为唯一的碳源和氮源,从某印染废水处理厂的污泥中通过驯化培养分离出一株高效苯胺降解菌,命名为JHX-8。依据菌落形态、理化特性以及16S rDNA序列测定,将菌株确定为多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)。对该菌株以不同材料进行固定化,考察固定化后菌株对苯胺降解率的影响,结果表明,聚乙烯醇-硅藻土载体中的菌株JHX-8对苯胺的降解率最高。通过考察培养条件,如苯胺质量浓度、培养温度和初始pH对苯胺降解率的影响,确定最佳培养条件为:苯胺最大耐受质量浓度2 000mg/L、培养温度30℃、初始pH=7.0时,对苯胺的降解率高达99.48%。在印染废水的实际处理方面,通过固定化菌株JHX-8对印染废水的应用研究表明应用到处理苯胺印染废水中前景可观。Using aniline as the sole source of carbon and nitrogen, a high effective aniline degrading bac- teria was isolated from sludge of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant by domesticaton culture, named JHX-8. According to colony morphology, physicochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence, the strain was identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa. Immobilization of aniline-degrading strain JHX-8 by various ma-terials and its effects on aniline degradation were investigated. The results showed that the degradation rate of strain JHX-8 immobilized on polyvinyl alcohol-diatomite matrix was the highest. The effects of aniline con- centration, culture temperature and initial pH on the aniline degradation was investigated. The optimum culture conditions were as follows: the maximum tolerated concentration of aniline was up to 2 000 mg/L, culture temperature was 30 '~, initial pH=7.0. The aniline degradation rate under the optimal conditions was 99.48%. In the practical treatment of aniline printing and dyeing wastewater, the study of JHX-8 degrading aniline wastewater indicated the actual and potential application.
