摘 要:采用高活性非均相催化剂,以氧气为氧化剂,进行对叔丁基苯甲醛催化氧化合成。考察各因素对反应的影响,确定了较佳的工艺参数:对叔丁基甲苯1.0 g,乙腈15 m L,催化剂0.15 g,反应温度60℃,反应时间7 h,氧气通入量2 m L/min,N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.06 g,对叔丁基苯甲醛收率达38%以上。该工艺可实现固定床连续化生产,废物排放少,绿色环保,具有良好的应用前景。4-Tert-butylbenzaldehyde were synthesized by heterogeneous catalyst and using oxygen as oxidant. According to the single factor experiment, the synthesis conditions were optimized. The optimal pro- cess was as follows: 4-tert-butyltoluene 1.0 g, acetonitrile 15 mL, catalyst 0.15 g, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 7 h, oxygen was 2 mL/min, N-hydroxyphthalimide 0.06 g. The yield of 4-tert-butylbenzal- dehyde reached above 38%. The synthesis process could realize continuous production by using fixed bed, which was beneficial to environmental protection. So the process had a good application prospect.
