摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱测定聚乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂中聚乙二醇含量的方法。针对聚乙二醇的特性,选择采用电雾式检测器及蒸发光散射检测器进行检测,解决了水分干扰聚乙二醇测定的问题;并在不同实验室的不同仪器上进行试验,对测定结果进行了统计分析,得出该方法的重现性及再现性。HPLC was used to determine the polyethylene glycol (PEG) content in ethoxylated nonionic sur- factants. According to the character of PEG, evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) and charged aerosol detector (CAD) were selected to resolve water interference in PEG determination. The test was carried out on different instruments in different labs. The results were statistically analyzed, and the reproducibility and repro- ducibility of the method were obtained.
