摘　　要：在中国造纸工业结构调整、转型升级发展的关键时期,中国造纸协会于2017年6月27日以＂中纸协[2017]11号＂文下发通知,发布《中国造纸协会关于造纸工业＂十三五＂发展的意见》（以下简称《意见》）。该《意见》是中国造纸协会在多次广泛征求意见的基础上,经协会第四届理事会第四次（扩大）会议审议通过。In the critical period of structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading of China paper industry, China Paper Association released the Proposals on the Thirteenth Five-year Plan of China Paper Industry by its No.11 official document on 27 th June, 2017.The proposal put forward constructive suggestions for developing directions and measures in the new period by analyzing the current situation and clarifying major goals and missions of China paper industry in the next five years.
