摘　　要：基于伙伴关系、委托代理理论和审计控制理论,分析我国政府与社会资本合作(PPP)项目审计要素,包括审计前提、审计关系人以及审计内容;从主体、时序及执行三个维度分析PPP项目审计机制;在此基础上,以重庆市奥林匹克综合体育馆PPP项目为例,构建以国家审计、行业审计和社会审计为主体的PPP项目全寿命周期"合作审计"机制。The paper analyzes the audit factors of PPP project through the theory of partnership,principalagent and audit control,including audit preconditions,auditor and audit content. Then,analyzes the audit mechanism of PPP project from three dimensions named subject,timing and execution. On the basis,taking PPP project of Chongqing Olympic comprehensive gymnasium as an example,constructs the life cycle ＂cooperative audit＂mechanism for PPP projects with integrated national audit,social audit and industry sectors.
