中国建筑服务贸易竞争力重要影响因素研究

摘　　要：选定对中国建筑服务贸易竞争力有重要影响的因素——制造业发展水平、科技投入水平、建筑服务贸易开放程度,使用协整检验、误差修正模型、脉冲响应分析等计量方法,基于1997年至2013年中国建筑服务贸易数据,实证检验中国建筑服务贸易竞争力与上述影响因素间的动态作用机制。结果显示,长期来看,三种因素均与建筑服务贸易竞争力成正相关关系,且科技投入水平的影响最大。最后针对增强中国建筑服务贸易竞争力提出几点建议。This paper chooses the important inf luence factors of the competitiveness of construction service trade,including the level of manufacturing industry development,the level of scientific and technological input,the openness level of trade in construction service,and utilizes cointegration test,error correction model and impulse response to analyzes the dynamic relation between the competitiveness of China＇s construction service and these factors. The result shows that the three factors all can enhance the competitiveness and the level of scientific and technological input is the most outstanding one. Finally,puts forward some suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of China＇s construction service.
