摘　　要：随着类喷涂技术的提升和社会环保意识的增强,家电行业逐步加大了类喷涂材料的推进力度。本文简要介绍了类喷涂材料的效果特点及其在家电中的应用,分析了类喷涂材料的技术与市场现状,最后重点阐述了类喷涂家电零部件开发过程中的材料要求、零部件结构设计要求、模具设计要求、加工工艺要求和设备要求,为后期类喷涂家电产品的开发提供建议和参考。As to analogue spraying technology promotion and social environmental protection consciousness enhancement, household appliances industry gradually advancing the analogue spraying materials. This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of analogue spraying materials and its application in household appliances, analyses the technology and market status quo of analogue spraying materials, and finally, expounds the material requirements, structure designs of household appliances parts, molds design requirements, the processing technology and the equipment requirements in the process of household appliances developing, providing advices and references for the later development of analogue spraying household appliances.
