兰州市某中医院校学生院前救护知识与技能掌握情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解兰州市某中医院校大学生院前救护知识与技能掌握情况。方法采用便利抽样法,对兰州市某中医院校300名大学生进行调查,发放自行设计的调查问卷,收回有效问卷270份。数据统一录入Excel表格。计数资料采用C2检验,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果 114名学过急救课程的学生急救知识的正确率为61.40%(70/114),156名没学过急救课程的正确率为55.13%(86/156),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.57,P<0.05)。127名曾受过意外伤害的学生正确率为61.42%(78/127),143名未受过意外伤害的正确率为56.64%(81/143),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.88,P<0.05)。270名调查对象对创伤止血的掌握程度比搬运坠落者高,判断患者心跳呼吸骤停、口对口人工呼吸的掌握程度比对心肺复苏和开放气道掌握程度高,对地震和火灾急救措施的掌握程度比对溺水、触电和食物及药物中毒的掌握程度高。结论兰州市某中医院校大学生对现场急救知识掌握情况较差,亟需加强急救培训。Objective To investigate the mastery of first aid knowledge and pre-hospital care skills for College Students of certain Chinese medicine college in Lanzhou. Methods Randomly selecting 300 college students of a Chinese medicine college, self-deigned questionnaires were handed out, which were collected 270 effective questionnaires. Data was entered into Excel form. Count data uses χ~2 test, P〈0.05 is considered statistically significant.Results 114 students who had studied firstaid courses, they got the answer right of first aid 61.40 %, and 156 students who had not studied first-aid got the answer right of first aid 55.13%, and both were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.127 students who had experienced accident harm, they got the answer right of first aid 61.42%, and 143 students who had not experienced accident harm got the answer right of first aid 56.64 %, and both were statistical significance（P〈0.05）. 270 subjects of traumatic bleeding mastery degree were higher than the handling fall carry, judging the mastery degree of the patients＇ cardiac arrest and artificial breathing were higher than in cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） and open airway, the mastery degree of earthquake and fire were higher than drowning, electric shock and food and drug poisoning. Conclusion College students of certain Chinese medicine college badly had command of on-site first aid in Lanzhou and urged to improve their first aid training.
