魏氏梭菌与猪瘟病毒混合感染的诊断

摘　　要：2016年4月份天津市某小型养殖场14头35日龄左右的断奶仔猪发病,临床表现为体温升高,站立不稳,腹胀、腹泻,有的无任何征兆而突然死亡。为了对该病例进行确诊,在病理剖检过程中采集了发病猪病变明显的组织器官,结合临床病理变化,通过细菌分离及生化鉴定、RT-PCR检测等方法对病原进行鉴别诊断。病理组织学观察结果显示胃肌层和黏膜下层出血,淋巴结周围组织中有大量红细胞,脾脏呈干酪样坏死;镜检可见粗大的阳性杆菌;生化试验结果与魏氏梭菌特性一致;猪瘟病毒E2基因特异性引物扩增结果为阳性,伪狂犬病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、传染性胃肠炎病毒、轮状病毒和流行性腹泻病毒的扩增结果均为阴性。根据实验室检测结果并结合临床症状综合分析,最终确诊该病例为魏氏梭菌与猪瘟病毒的混合感染。April 2016,14 sick weaned piglets,about 35-day old,were found to have clinical symptoms as follows：temperature rising.standing unsteady,bloating,pushing bloody loose stools,even sudden death without any signs.To diagnose the case,the obvious lesions of tissues and organs of sick swines were collected in the pathological process.Combining with clinical pathological changes,pathogenic bacteria was detected by the methods of bacterial isolation and culture,biochemical identification and RT-PCR assay.The results of histopathological observations showed that hemorrhage was found in the submucosa and muscle layer;lots of red cells were observed in lymph nodes;hemorrhagic was infarcted in spleen;the gram-positive and big bacilli was observed from the isolated bacterial strain under the microscopy,and the results of biochemical test were consistent with the characteristics of C.Perfringens.In addition,the specific primers of E2 gene of CSFV showed positive amplification results against PRV,PRRSV,TGEV,PEDV and RV.Combined with the results of laboratory detection and the clinical comprehensive diagnosis,it was confirmed that the case was caused by the mixed infection of C.Perfringens and CSFV.
