摘  要:选取了五种不同预处理方式对废纸二次纤维进行处理,分别为球磨、超声波、蒸汽爆破、离子液体及碱性H_2O_2预处理。对原纸及处理后的二次纤维进行组分分析并测定纤维素的平均聚合度,最后对其进行FIRT、SEM、XRD表征分析。探究了纤维原料组分及结构的变化,并与未处理废纸纤维原料进行对比,为后续提高二次纤维的综合利用效率提供一些参考。Five different pre-treatment methods were chosen to treat secondary fiber of waste paper, including the method of ballmilling, ultrasonic, steam explosion, ionic liquid and alkaline H_2O_2. The chemical composition of base paper and treated secondary fiber were determined firstly, and then the average degree of cellulose polymerization was analyzed with FIRT, SEM, XRD. The changes on fiber components and structures of fiber materials were studied, which were compared with those of untreated fiber materials of waste paper, thus providing some materials to refer for the further improvement of efficiency during comprehensive utilization of secondary fiber.
