摘  要:通过观察聚烯烃双组分纤维(ES)在水中分散情况,评价隔膜纸基初始抗张强度和透气率指标,并结合显微镜观察成纸后隔膜纸基表面纤维分散和絮聚情况,研究了聚烯烃双组分纤维(ES)分散性能,得出消泡剂对纤维分散性的影响大于PEO,消泡剂加入量3%较适宜,加入位置为疏解时加入或疏解和抄纸时均分加入;PEO用量在0.5%~1.5%之间较适宜,加入位置为抄纸时。此时聚烯烃双组分纤维(ES)在水中分散均匀,隔膜纸基初始强度较高、透气率低、匀度好。The essay hereby evaluated the initial tensile strength and aerated rate of diaphragm paper base by observing the dispersion condition of polyolefin bicomponent fiber in water, and meanwhile studied the dispersion characteristics of polyolefin bicomponent fiber based on the dispersing and condensing condition of surface fiber of diaphragm paper base by microscope observation. It proved that the effect of antiforming agents on fiber dispersion was bigger than that of PEO. It is more suitable for the antifoaming agent to be put 3% of total amount and placed in the process of defibering or equally placed in defibering and fiber picking; and it's more suitable for PEO to be put 0.5%-1.5% of total amount and placed in the process of fiber picking. At that time the polyolefin bicomponent fiber disperses more evenly with diaphragm paper base in high initial tensile strength, low aerated rate and high evenness degree.
