摘  要:探讨了聚乙烯胺添加位置、反应时间、反应温度、系统pH、搅拌湍动对其使用效果的影响,得出聚乙烯胺添加位置应在水性色浆之前、磨浆工序之后;并且聚乙烯胺反应时间以及水性色浆染色时间均较短,只需0.5min,但聚乙烯胺反应时间最长不能超过15min;另外温度变化对其使用效果无明显影响,但p H值影响较大,宜控制在5~7之间;此外聚乙烯胺还能显著提高浆料的抗剪切能力,减少水性色浆的脱落。Effects of adding position, reaction time, reaction temperature, pH of the system and stirring condition of polyvinylamine were investigated hereby in the essay. Final results showed that polyvinylamine should be added before the waterborne color paste and after the refining process. Both of polyvinylamine reaction time and waterborne color paste coloring time are as short as 0.5min, with the maximum reactive period of polyvinylamine no longer than 15 min. Furthermore, p H has a great influence on the use of polyvinylamine, which should be controlled between 5 to 7, whereas temperature put no obvious effect on its application. In addition, polyvinylamine could also improve the shear resistance of pulp materials and cut down the dropping probability of water color paste caused by turbulence.
