打浆工艺对高档美纹纸剥离强度的影响

摘　　要：美纹纸属于高技术含量、高附加值的特种纸产品。调查发现,国内美纹纸年产量达4万t,平均售价约1.3万元/t纸。每年仍需要进口大量高档美纹纸,主要原因是国内高档美纹纸的剥离强度与进口同类产品相比仍存在一定的差距。本文通过对打浆方式、针叶木打浆度和阔叶木打浆度因素对美纹纸剥离强度的影响进行探讨,以期通过优化打浆工艺提升美纹纸的剥离强度。Goffered paper is the specialty paper with advanced technology and high additional value. The annual production of domestic goffered paper is 40 thousand tons, with average selling price of RMB 13 thousand/ton. However, there is still great demand of imported high-grade goffered paper overseas due to the peeling strength insufficiency of domestic goffered paper. The essay hereby will discuss the peeling strength of goffered paper influenced by beating techniques including softwood beating and hardwood beating, so as to help improve the peeling strength by beating techniques optimization.
