黑液表面施胶对瓦楞纸性能的影响

摘  要:硫酸盐蒸煮后产生的黑液被用于(瓦楞纸)挂面纸板的表面施胶以增加其强度。本文也研究了黑液中加入明矾对瓦楞纸性能的影响。黑液的表面施胶能改善挂面纸板的干强度。少量明矾(2.5%黑液固含量)能改善挂面纸板强度像抗张强度、TEA(抗张能量吸收)、环压强度和撕裂强度。实验结果表明,黑液中加入明矾能用于制备高强度工业纸张。当施胶量为5g/m^2时瓦楞纸的透气度增加。黑液渗透到纸张的孔隙中能够增加纤维的结合从而改善纸张的强度。黑液的表面施胶和明矾的加入也会影响挂面纸板的疏水性。After-cooking liquor from kraft pulping, known as black liquor, can be applied to surface sizing of linerboard(corrugated paper) to increase its strength properties. The influence of alum in black liquor on linerboard properties was also investigated in the essay. The surface application of black liquor can improve the dry strength of linerboards. A slight addition of alum into black liquor(2.5% black liquor solids) is able to improve strength properties such as tensile strength, TEA, compression strength, and bursting strength significantly. The results implied that black liquor with alum can be used to manufacture industrial papers requiring high strength properties. The air permeability of corrugated paper can be increased with 5g/m^2 of sizing volume. The penetration of black liquor into paper holes could strengthen fiber connections, and then improve the strength of paper finally. The surface sizing of black liquor and addition of alum also influence the hydrophobicity of linerboards as well.
