摘 要:为了研究织物增强磷酸镁水泥基细骨料混凝土(TRC-M)薄板与老混凝土的界面粘结性能,制作了51个试件进行双面剪切试验,考察了人工凿糙、植筋、开槽等不同界面处理方式和不同老混凝土强度等级对界面粘结性能的影响。试验结果表明,对老混凝土进行凿糙、植筋、开槽处理,均可不同程度地提高TRC-M薄板加固试件的界面粘结性能,凿糙的效果优于开槽,开槽的效果优于植筋;试件的界面抗剪强度随粗糙度、开槽密度、植筋率的增加均呈先增后减趋势;随老混凝土强度等级增加,凿糙、植筋、开槽试件的界面抗剪强度均呈下降趋势;采用磷酸镁水泥作为加固层基体时试件的界面抗剪强度明显高于采用普通硅酸盐水泥作为基体时的。In order to study on bonding behavior of textile reinforced magnesium-phosphate cement based fine aggregate concrete( TRC-M) sheet with old concrete,a total of 51 double-sided shear test specimens were produced in this experiment. The effects of different interfacial techniques,including artificial chiseling,grooving and reinforced bar planting,as well as different old concrete strength grade on the shear properties were investigated. The experimental results show that the bonding behavior between TRC-M sheet and old concrete are varying degrees improved by the above different interfacial techniques. Effect of artificial chiseling technique is better than the grooved technique and the effect of grooved technique is better than reinforced bar planting technique. Interfacial shear strength of the specimen first increases then decreases with increase of roughness,slotting density and anchorage rates. Interfacial shear strength of the specimens shows a decreasing trend with increase of old concrete strength. Interfacial shear strength of the specimens with magnesium phosphate cement as matrix is higher than that with portland cement as matrix.
