摘 要:以重庆市某车库屋面梁大量开裂为例,检测了该车库屋面梁结构布局、覆土荷载、裂缝形态、结构实体施工质量等。根据实际检测数据,采用ANSYS及SATWE软件核对了屋面梁承载力,发现裂缝产生原因与历史超载、温度作用、材料收缩和施工控制养护等因素有关,评价了裂缝对结构的安全性影响,并依据相关文献,采用了一种新型技术——直剪锚栓钢板进行加固设计。该工程采用直剪锚栓钢板加固后,已投入正常使用一年多,效果良好。Taking garage roof beams with large quantities of beam cracks in Chongqing as case study,structural layout,covering soil load,crack morphology and entity structure construction quality were identified by means of technical methods. According to the actual test data,the ANSYS and SATWE software were used to check the bearing capacity of the roof beams. It's found that the causes of cracks are related to the historical overload,temperature effect,material shrinkage and construction control and maintenance. Influence of cracks on the safety of the structure is evaluated,and a new-type technique of direct-shear-bolted steel plate was adopted for strengthening design according to the related literature. The project has been put into normal use for more than a year after adopting direct-shear-bolted steel plate for reinforcement.Good effect has been achieved.
