摘  要:采取光学显微镜、扫描电镜和热模拟试验机,对10Ni3Mn Cu Al钢进行固溶和时效工艺研究。结果表明:固溶后随着冷却速度的提高,试验钢硬度增加,当冷却速度大于1℃/s时,钢硬度变化不大;随着时效温度的提高,硬度呈抛物线变化,在500℃达到硬度峰值;随着时效时间的延长,硬度逐渐提高,45 min到60 min在380 HV5左右出现一个平台,当时效时间延长到90 min,硬度均值为401 HV5。10Ni3Mn Cu Al钢经900℃固溶保温3 min/mm,随后以大于1℃/s冷却到室温,500℃时效保温90 min,硬度可达38~42 HRC(373~412 HV5),满足客户对钢板的硬度要求。Solutioning and aging experiments were carried out on 10Ni3 MnCuAl steel with thermal simulation test machine,and the microstructure was observed and analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the hardness of the steel increases with increasing cooling rate after solutioning,while the cooling rate is greater than 1 ℃/s,the hardness changes little; with the increase of aging temperature,the hardness changes in parabola and reaches the peak hardness at 500 ℃; with extending aging time,the hardness increases gradually,a hardness platform about 380 HV5 appears between 45 min and 60 min,when the aging time is extended to90 min,the mean hardness is 401 HV5. When solution treated at 900 ℃ for 3 min/mm and cooled in the rate more than 1 ℃/s to room temperature,then aged at 500 ℃ for 90 min,the hardness of 10Ni3 MnCuAl steel can reach 38-42 HRC( 373-412 HV5) which can meet the requirement of customers.
