摘　　要：近年来,国际粮食危机、市场投机、粮食政治化等因素对我国粮食产业起着决定性影响,加上自然灾害多发频发、生产成本增加、城市化进程加快导致的耕地面积下降,我国应高度重视粮食问题,对我国的粮食政策研究具有重要的意义.基于C-D生产函数的思想,建立理论模型,从粮食的品种来,研究我国粮食最低收购价格的执行效果.研究表明,种植面积对混合小麦产量的影响呈正向相关,农业劳动人口对混合小麦的产量呈负向相关;种植面积、粮食价格、最低收购价格和农业劳动力人口对早籼稻产量的影响不显著.种植面积和农业现代化年程度对早籼稻产量的影响呈正相关关系,粮食价格、最低收购价格和农业劳动力人口对早灿稻产量的影响呈负相关关系;种植面积、最低收购价格、农业劳动力人口、农业现代化程度对中晚稻产量的影响显著相关,粮食价格对中晚籼稻产量的影响不显著;最低收购价格、农业现代化程度对粳稻产量的影响显著相关,种植面积、粮食价格、农业劳动力人口对粳稻产量的影响不显著.同时,运用聚类分析法,对混合小麦、早籼稻、中晚籼稻、粳稻的种植地区进行聚类分析.In recent years, factors such as the international food crisis, market speculation and the politicization of grain play a decisive impact on China＇s grain industry. Coupled with frequent natural disasters, increase in the cost of production and decline of arable land caused by the speeding up of urbanization process, our country should attach great importance to the grain problem, which is very important to study the grain policy in China. In this paper, based on the idea of Cobb-Douglas production function, a theoretical model is established to study on the implementation effect of China＇s grain minimum purchase price. Research shows that the planting area and the hybrid wheat production was positively correlated, and agricultural labor force was negatively correlated to hybrid wheat production; whereas the effect of planting area, grain price, the minimum purchase price and agricultural labor force on early indica yield was not significant. The influence of planting area and the degree of agricultural modernization on early indica rice yield was positively correlated, while food price, the minimum purchase price and agricultural labor force were negatively related to the early indica rice rice yield; planting area, the minimum purchase price, agricultural labor force and the degree of agricultural modernization was significantly related to the effect of middle and late indica rice yield, while price of grain was not significantly related to middle and late indica rice yield; the minimum purchase price and the degree of agricultural modernization was significantly related to Japonica yield, while planting area, grain price and agricultural labor force had no significant effect on Japonica rice yield. In addition, this paper use cluster analysis to analyze the planting area of hybrid wheat, early indica rice, middle and late indica rice and japonica rice.
