摘  要:为了给井下高压水力压裂提供可靠的硬件支持,提高水力压裂增透卸压效果,研发了BYW78/400型井下高压水力压裂泵组,该泵组便于井下运输安装,可远程监视及远程控制,满足了井下煤岩层高压水力压裂增透卸压的要求。现场应用表明,泵组工作性能稳定,各项指标均达到了现场压裂要求,增透卸压效果显著,为提高井下高压水力压裂效果提供了可靠的硬件条件。To provide reliable hardware support for underground high-pressure hydraulic fracturing so as to enhance the permeability and relieve the pressure, BYW78/400 pump group for underground high-pressure hydraulic fracturing were developed. It was characterized by easy transport and installation as well as remote monitor and control, which met the requirements of permeability enhancement and pressure relief of underground high-pressure hydraulic fracturing. Field application showed: the pump group operated stably, all indexes reached the requirements of field fracturing, and the effects of permeability enhancement and pressure relief were obvious. The pump group offered reliable hardware for enhancing the underground high-pressure hydraulic fracturing effects.
