摘 要:矿山生产能力的不断增长,对矿山充填料浆搅拌设备能力的提高提出了迫切需求。针对金川矿山棒磨砂碎石骨料,开展了150~180 m^3/h高浓度大容量搅拌设备开发与配套工艺研究。首先分析棒磨砂高浓度充填料浆管输特性及搅拌机理;然后针对目前在用的80~100 m^3/h小容量搅拌设备进行放大理论分析,获得150~180 m^3/h大容量高浓度搅拌设备设计参数和技术指标;最后开展与之配套的给料设备和生产工艺研究,获得满足金川矿山棒磨砂骨料和高浓度大容量充填料浆的搅拌设备与充填工艺,并通过半工业和工业充填试验获得成功。该研究为提高金川矿山生产能力奠定了基础,也为目前我国正在建设中的千万吨级大型铁矿料浆充填提供了宝贵经验。In order to meet the demand oncability of the filling aggregate slurry mixing equipment with the growing of productivity in mines, 150 ~ 180 m^3/h large-capacity mixing equipment and related technology were studied for therod-milled sand aggregate in mine of Jinchuan. Firstly, the paper ananlyzed the mixing mechanism and the pipeline delivery characteristics of high-density rod-milled sand aggregate slurry for filling, and then conducted enlarged theoretical analysis on 80 - 100 m^3/h small-capacity mixing equipment in the use, therefore obtained the design parameters and the technical indexes of 150 - 180 m^3/h large-capacity mixing equipment. After that, the paper researched the matching feeding equipment and related technology, and obtained the mixing equipment and filling technology to produce high-density rod-milled sand aggregate slurry for filling in the mine of Jinchuan. The semi-industrial and industrial test succeeded. The research laid foundation for enhancing the productivity in the mine of Jinchuan, and offered precious experience for filling the super-large iron mine in construction in our country at present.
