摘  要:以氯乙酸为原料,经甲酯化、巯基化、碘氧化偶联,3步反应合成硫代二乙酸二甲酯。并对碘化偶联反应中催化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间对收率的影响进行了探讨。本工艺原料廉价易得,操作简单。In this paper, dimethyl 2,2'-thiobisacetate was synthesized in 3 steps using chloroacetic acid as the starting material. In the first step, methyl chloroacetate was prepared by esterification. In the second step, methyl thioglycolate was prepared by thiolation,. In the third step, the target product was synthesized by iodine oxidation. Several factors effeeting the iodine oxidation coupling reaction including the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time were studied. This synthetic route had the advantage of cheap materials and simple operation.
