摘  要:为了降低生产成本杜绝生产浪费,降低混杂标准件人工回收分拣过程中的劳动强度;提高工作效率,设计了一套基于机器视觉技术的标准件识别及回收分拣控制系统。该系统主要由照明和成像系统、硬件采集系统和IMAQ图像处理软件及气动分拣等部分组成,系统以Lab VIEW为操作平台,利用IN IMAQ Vision Builder及Vision Assistant软件提供的强大图像处理技术,通过图像匹配区分类别,再通过参数测量区分不同规格标准件,结果控制FX2N PLC分拣设备完成气动分拣回收,实验验证系统可行并具有识别准确率高、系统反应快速和分拣控制运行平稳等优点。In In order to reduce the cost of production to eliminate waste production, reduce the labor intensity in the mixed standard parts manual collection sorting process; Improve the work efficiency, design a set of standard recognition based on machine vision technology and recycling sorting control system. The system is mainly composed of illumination and imaging system, the hardware acquisition system and the IMAQ image processing software, and pneumatic components such as sorting system based on Lab VIEW platform operation, using the IN IMAQ Vision Builder and Vision Assistant software provides a powerful image processing technology, through to distinguish the categories of image matching, and then'by measuring parameters to distinguish different specifications and standard parts,the result control FX2N PLC pneumatic sorting equipment complete, experimental verification system is feasible and has high identification accuracy, fast and sorting control system response smooth operation, etc.
