摘　　要：当今社会自动化对烟草生产的作用是不容忽略的,我们可以利用IFIX组态软件来实时监控和管理烟草产品的物流,就拿其中一家烟厂的烟丝管理环节作为事例,利用IFIX软件的特性,组建烟丝库的系统结构、运行流程和技术的使用规范。从而最后确立了基于IFIX监控系统的架构,根据生产的便利性制定方便、合适的UI。基于IFIX的监控系统在实际生产和物流工作中,起到了很好的监控和调解的作用。该监控系统的存在也提高了生产的稳定性,实时发现故障也能让相关人员及时地处理好故障,这样也增强了工厂日常生产的安全性。此事例就证明了了IFIX监控系统在实际生产过程中是有效并且便利的,充分提高了产量。：In today＇s society of automation on tobacco production should not be ignored, we can real-time monitoring and management of tobacco products by using IFIX configuration software of the logistics, which took a cigarette tobacco management as an example, using the characteristic of IFIX software, set up to regulate the use of tobacco database system structure, operation process and the usage specification of technology. In the end, the architecture of IFIX based monitoring system has been established, and convenient and appropriate UI have been set up according to the convenience of production. The monitoring system based on IFIX plays a very good role in monitoring and mediating in the actual production and logistics. The existence of the monitoring system also improves the stability of the production, real-time fault detection can also allow the relevant personnel to deal with the fault in time, thus enhancing the safety of the daily production of the factory. This example proves that the IFIX monitoring system is effective and convenient in the actual production process and fully improves the output.
