环保型防鼠防蚁中高压电力电缆的研制

摘　　要：为了避免埋地敷设的电力电缆因遭到老鼠和白蚁的破坏而在敷设后短期内就无法工作的情况发生,自主研发了一种环保型防鼠防蚁低烟无卤阻燃中高压电力电缆产品。对电缆的产品结构、使用材料、加工工艺等方面进行了一系列改进,创新出一套自有的生产加工工艺,使所研制的环保型防鼠防蚁中高压电力电缆产品具有防鼠防蚁、耐高电压(冲击电压达±95kV)、抗电磁波干扰、阻燃、环保等综合性能。该电缆产品经相关用户使用,可有效替代进口产品,市场发展前景看好。To avoid the case that the electric power cable can＇t work in a short term after being laid underground for being destroyed by rats and termites,a kind of eco-friendly anti-rat/termite low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant medium and high voltage power cable is developed.After a series of improvements on the product structure,materials,processing technology and so on,a set of production and processing technologies is created,which makes the developed cable has comprehensive functions,such as anti-rat/termite,high voltage（impulse voltage reaches ±95kV）withstand,preventing electromagnetic interference,flame retardance and environment protection.After being used by some relative users,it can replace the imported products effectively and its market prospect is promising.
