摘  要:航空航天领域使用环境的特殊性,使得对航天器舱内用导线在严酷的空间环境中宇航环境性能的研究评价非常关键。模拟航天器舱内使用工况对两种典型的航天器舱内用含氟绝缘导线(C55系列导线和FF47系列导线)的宇航环境性能展开了试验研究。试验研究结果表明:C55系列导线在潮湿环境中出现腐蚀金属的情况,氟化物析出现象严重,而FF47系列导线在潮湿环境中不会出现氟化物析出的现象,未出现腐蚀金属的现象,且具有一定的减重、省空间、增加航天器载荷的效果,其能更有效地保障器件的正常使用及人员的安全;在耐电子辐射性方面,虽然两者都能满足使用要求,但FF47系列导线的耐电子辐射能力差于C55系列导线;在可靠性方面,FF47系列导线具有更好的极限耐压能力、耐动态切割性和耐磨性。由此建议FF47系列导线宜作为航天器舱内布线,而C55系列导线宜作为航天器舱外布线。The special operating environment in the aerospace field makes it important to evaluate the environment performance of the wire used in spacecraft cabin in the harsh aerospace environment.The aerospace environment performance of two typical fluoropolymer insulated wires(C55series wires and FF47 series wires)used in spacecraft cabin are tested by simulating the operating conditions of the spacecraft cabin.The tests results show that metal corrosion and serious fluoride escape occur in the C55 series wires in the humid environment.While there is no fluoride escape and metal corrosion in the FF47 series wires in the humid environment,also they have a certain effect on weight reduction,space saving and the load of the spacecraft increasing,so they can more effectively ensure the normal use of the devices and personnel safety.In terms of electron radiation resistance,although the both can satisfy the operating requirements,the FF47 series wires are worse than the C55 series wires in radiation resistance.In terms of reliability,the FF47 series wires have better extreme voltage withstand,dynamic cutting resistance and abrasion resistance.So it is suggested that the FF47 series wires are suitable to be used inside of the spacecraft cabin while the C55 series wires are suitable to be used outside of the spacecraft cabin.
