摘  要:针对高压配电网"闭环设计、开环运行"的特点,结合一次网架与备自投配置方案,寻求可靠性较高的典型接线运行方式及备自投配置策略,为电网规划、运行方式和调度提出建议。本文主要研究110k V电网双链、单链、双环网、单环网和双辐射等5种典型接线的可靠性评估分析,涉及双链三站、双链两站和双辐射一站等10类细化结构。首先进行无备自投条件下的典型接线可靠性评估分析;然后基于一次网架结构与常规站内/远方备自投逻辑,提出相应接线模式的备自投配置策略,并进行可靠性评估;基于量化分析结果,给出适用于不同供电分区的高压配电网典型接线模式、运行方式和备自投配置方案。According to the characteristics of designed in closed loop and operated in open loop for HV distribution network, the typical connection operation modes and corresponding automatic switchover schemes with high reliability are proposed for the power grid planning,operation and dispatching. In this paper, the reliability evaluation and analysis of 5 typical types in 110kV power grid are progressed, including double chain, single chain, double loop network, single loop network and double radiation . These typical types are refined to 10 kinds of double chain three stations, double chain two station and double radiation one station, and so on. First,the reliability evaluation of typical connection modes without automatic switchover schemes; Secondly, based on grid structures and local or remote automatic switchover schemes, the reliability assessment is executed. Finally, connection modes, operation modes and automatic switchover schemes for HV distribution network are provided to the different power supply partitions.
