摘 要:加载有基波和谐波电流的电力电容器产生的噪声是换流站内主要噪声污染源之一。由于电容器心子材料及结构的特殊性,导致其仿真模型建模难度大,目前尚未见成熟可用的电容器心子振动建模方法。本文对电容器心子振动机理进行了分析,对心子结构等效方法、心子串段机械物理特性及心子串段接触特性进行了研究;提出了一种心子串段材料属性数值解和等效虚拟接触介质材料属性的解析解求取方法;在此基础上,建立了心子振动仿真模型。最后,以某型号电容器为例,对提出的方法和建立的模型进行了应用验证。The noise of the power capacitor loaded with fundamental and harmonic current is one of the main sources of noise pollution in convertor station. However, it is difficult to build the simulation model because of the particularity of the material and structure of the capacitor core. And there is no mature method for modeling vibration of power capacitor core at present. In this paper, the vibration mechanism of capacitor core is analyzed. The equivalent method of core structure, the physical and mechanical characteristic of core package and the contact characteristic of core package are studied. The method of a numerical solution for material properties of core package and an analytical solution for equivalent material properties of virtual contact media are proposed. On this basis, the vibration simulation model of core is established. Finally, taking a certain type of capacitor core as an example, the proposed method and the model are verified.
