唐律袭警犯罪的规定与借鉴

摘　　要：目前,我国保护警务人员的立法已经到了刻不容缓的地步。唐律中有不少关于保护警务人员的规定,这些规定既注重保护警务人员,又考虑到保护罪犯与其他人员的合法权益,做到了立法上的平衡。今后保护警务人员的立法,应当借鉴唐律中的经验,在袭警罪入刑、明确受袭警察进行反击的免责规定、明确助警人员的奖励规定等方面做出改革,以加强对人民警察生命安全的保障。At present,China＇s legislation to protect police officers has arrived at an urgent stage. There are many regulations in the law on the protection of the police officers,which not only pay attention to the protection of police officers,but also to the protection of criminals and other legitimate rights and interests of the workers,for the legislation balance. The legislation for the protection of police officers should learn from the Tang Dynasty Code. There should be reform to strengthen the police safety protection.
