摘　　要：介绍了2A12铝合金的化学成分、用户质量要求、熔炼及热顶铸造工艺,分析了2A12铝合金圆铸锭疏松缺陷的产生原因,通过试制研究制定出了合理的熔铸生产工艺制度,提出了疏松缺陷的控制措施,有效控制了圆锭铸态组织的疏松缺陷。The chemical compositions, client＇s quality requirements, melting and hot top casting technolo- gy of 2A12 aluminium alloy were introduced,and the causes of porsity defect for 2A12 aluminium alloy round ingot was analyzed,then the reasonable melting ＆ casting production technology was formulated by the trail of 2A12 aluminium alloy round ingots. At last, some control measures of porous defect was put forward, and the porosity defect of alloy round ingots was regulated effectively.
