摘 要:随着整流装置容量的不断扩大,整流过程中产生的谐波分量引起的集肤效应对大电流母排的阻抗、热性能影响越来越不可忽视。本文通过傅立叶级数对目前通用的48脉波大功率整流器阀侧母线谐波成份进行了分析。并利用MatLab工具对整流器进户侧母线和直流出线侧母线部分的谐波电流所产生的损耗,进行集肤效应数值计算,结果显示,主要低次谐波损耗与该部分母线直流损耗的比例关系为(1.2~2)/100,也即整流器设计人员在进行进户侧铜母线和出线侧铜母线截面计算时,应在考虑直流损耗的基础上增加1.2%~2%的裕量。High-power rectifier has a common application in the actual production. As the capacity of rectifier device increase, the skin effect which caused by harmoaie componemt in the process of rectification can have an influence on the current bus impedance and thermal properties, and this influence cannot be ignored. This paper ananlyze the component of 48-pulse rectifier side-bus' s harmonic current by adopting Fourier series, and a skin-effect calculation for the rectifier inlet and outlet DC-side bus' s wear and tear which is induced by harmonic current is completed by using matlab. The results showed that the ratio of the loss of main low-order harmonic to the loss of DC bus is ( 1.2 -2 )/100 ,that is when the rectifier designer calculates the section of inlet and outlet bus, they should consider adding 1.2% ~ 2% margin on the base of the DC loss.
