《徽州文书》契名考校四题

摘　　要：近年来陆续出版的徽州契约文书,为学界提供了第一手宝贵文献资料。结合全国各地宋元以来契约文书,考校《徽州文书》第3辑契约文书题名中4处文字讹误,以期恢复徽州契约文书的本来面貌,也为徽州契约文书的经济史、农史、法学史和档案等研究提供精确的文本。The Huizhou contract documents published in recent years have provided the first valuable literature for the academic circle. Combined with the contract documents since the Song and Yuan dynasties, the author corrects 4 errors of characters in the title of Huizhou Documents Third Series, with a view to restoring the original features of the Huizhou contract documents, providing accurate texts for the economic history, agricultural history, legal history and archives of the Huizhou contract documents.
