复方敏维糖浆对湿疹和荨麻疹患者血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平的影响及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察复方敏维糖浆治疗湿疹和荨麻疹对患者血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-17及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的影响,并分析其临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月该院收治的湿疹和荨麻疹患者35例作为湿疹和荨麻疹患者组,给予复方敏维糖浆进行治疗,观察35例患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的症状积分及治疗前后患者血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平变化。另选取同期来该院体检的健康者30例作为对照组,测定其血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平,并与湿疹和荨麻疹患者组治疗前、后血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平进行比较,分析复方敏维糖浆对湿疹和荨麻疹患者血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平的影响。结果湿疹和荨麻疹患者组治疗后血清IL-4水平明显高于治疗前,血清IL-17及IFN-γ水平明显低于治疗前,治疗前、后血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);湿疹和荨麻疹患者组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。湿疹和荨麻疹患者组治疗后皮疹评分为(2.68±1.04)分,明显低于治疗前的(7.86±2.81)分,治疗后瘙痒评分为(2.93±1.25)分,明显低于治疗前的(7.36±2.54)分,治疗前、后皮疹和瘙痒评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。35例湿疹和荨麻疹患者经过治疗26例患者痊愈,5例患者显效,2例患者有效,2例患者无效,总有效率为94.3%;治疗后有1例患者出现嗜睡,1例患者出现头晕,1例患者出现恶心,1例患者出现口干,总不良反应发生率为11.4%。结论复方敏维糖浆治疗湿疹和荨麻疹疗效显著,不良反应发生率较低,可改善患者血清IL-4、IL-17及IFN-γ水平,具有一定的临床意义。Objective To observe the effect of compound sensitive syrup on the serum levels of IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γin patients with eczema and urticaria,and to analyze its clinical application value.Methods A total of 35 patients with eczema and urticaria treated in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects,all patients were given compound sensitive syrup for treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rate after treatment,symptom scores before and after treatment,and the changes of serum IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γlevels before and after treatment were observed in 35 patients.Another 30 cases of healthy people in the hospital were selected as control group during the period of admission,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γwere measured,and the serum levels of IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γwere compared before and after treatment in patients with eczema and urticaria,and analyzed the effect of compound sensitive syrup on serum levels of IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γin patients with eczema and urticaria.Results The serum IL-4of patients with eczema and urticaria after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment;the serum IL-17 and IFN-γlevels were significantly lower than before treatment;the serum levels of IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γbefore and after treatment were statistically different（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,after treatment the levels of serum IL-4,IL-17 and IFN-γlevels in patients with eczema and urticaria were not significantly different（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the score of rash in eczema and urticaria patients was（2.68±1.04）points,which was significantly lower than that before treatment（7.86±2.81）points;the score of pruritus was（2.93±1.25）points,which was significantly lower than that before treatment（7.36±2.54）points;the scores of rash and pruritus before and after treatment were statistically different（P〉0.05）.After treatment,of 35 patients with eczema and urticaria,26 patients recovered,5cases were well effective obviously,2cases
