摘　　要：从进境美国大豆茎秆上分离到一株真菌分离物5321,根据菌落形态特征、分生孢子形态特征、ITS序列、ACT序列以及致病性测试结果,将其鉴定为楸子茎点霉(Didymella pomorum),这是该真菌感染大豆的首次报道,也是中国口岸首次截获该真菌。The isolate 5321 intercepted from imported America soybean was identified as Didymella pomorum based on the morphological characteristics of the colony and conidia,r DNA-ITS and partial actin gene sequences,and the pathogenicity to young soybean. It was the first report that Didymella pomorum infects soybean,and it was first interception of this fungal at China port.
