基于北海老街骑楼的特色建筑改造初探

摘　　要：具有地方特色的历史建筑需要更新再利用,修旧如旧和改造优化都是值得探索的方向。对于有旅游价值的老街来说,如何进行高品质的改造是重点。北海老街骑楼是地方特色名片,作为历史文化旅游街和商业性质的骑楼,较好的改造方法能保留骑楼空间特色又能促进旅游业的发展。文章以北海老街骑楼为例,分析骑楼建筑与现代需求的融合方法,总结出特色建筑的改造策略。Historic buildings with local characteristics need to get updated and reused. Restoration as the past or optimal transformation are both valuableaspects to explore. For old street of tourism value, how to achieve high-quality renovation is the key. The overhang of Beihai Old Street is the regional tourism symbol.As a historical and cultural tourism street and commercial buildings,the good renewal for it can retain the characteristics space of overhang and promote the development of tourism.Focusd on the overhang of Beihai Old Street,we can analyze the ways of integration between the overhang construction and the modern demands as well as sum up the strategies of renovating the characteristic construction.
