摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校教育的重要组成部分,在高校学生的发展和管理中起到了专业教师以及管理者无法比拟的作用。思想政治教育工作是高校辅导员进行学生管理的重要方式,但是由于当前社会对高校和大学生有了新要求,而许多高校辅导员又对于自身角色认识不够,导致高校辅导员出现了严重的思想政治教育职能缺失。加强高校辅导员的思想政治教育工作,为大学生更好的发展提供条件,是当前大学发展的重要任务。By offering ideological and political education to university students, university instructors has always been playing an irreplaceable role in their development and management as an important part of higher education. However, it has to be pointed out that there is a loss of such a function for these instructors as a result of new social demands over universities and their students as well as their own vague understanding on their roles. This indicates that it is an important task for universities to reinforce the instructors＇ function of ideological and political education so as to further the development of their students.
