摘　　要：设计了一种能够适应不同形状、不同尺寸商品的小型柔性包装机,该包装机由传动装置、光感检测装置、打包热封装置、电控装置四部分组成。利用激光对射传感器,热封刀具等元器件,对任意形状商品进行测量并自动调节热封距离,从而实现自动化智能包装。该产品结构简单、成本低、维护维修方便,具有较好的市场推应用前景。The paper describes the design of a small- sized flexible packaging machine suitable for commodities of various shapes and dimensions composed of 4 subsystems of transmission, light sensing, packing and heat sealing and electric controlling. Automatic smart packaging is performed via parts like correlative laser sensors and heat sealing cutting tools which are used to measure commodities of any shape and adjust the heat sealing distance automatically. It is a promising product in the market for its simple structure, low costs and high maintainability.
