摘　　要：复合氨基酸金属螯合物的分子式是CaFeZnCuMn[R—CH3-C（-NH2）-O]nSO4，本文根据其分子式的情况，用凯氏定氮法及干化法消化，将其完全转化成（NH4）2SO4和Ca^2＋、Mn^2＋、Zn^2＋、Fe^3＋、Cu^2＋、Fe^2＋等，然后分别用滴定法、分光光度计法等检测全氮和钙、锰、铁、锌等的含量。该法具有操作简单实用经济的特点。The molecular formula of amino acid metal chelates is CaFeZnCuMn[ R - CH3-C （-NH2 ） -O] nSO4 in this paper according to the formula, Digest it by Kjeldahl method and dry method, Convert it completely into （ NH4） 2SO4 and Ca^2＋、Mn^2＋、Zn^2＋、Fe^3＋、Cu^2＋、Fe^2＋, etc., then use the titration and spectrophotometry respectively to detect the content of total nitrogen and calcium, manganese, the iron and zinc. This method is simple, practical and economical.
