摘　　要：目的:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠体外抗肿瘤活性的筛选。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法,对高转移肝癌细胞株MHCC97-H和三种常见的普通肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721、BEL-7402、Hep G2以及人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7、人前列腺癌细胞株PC-3细胞进行增殖抑制筛选;同时研究3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对BEL-7402细胞进行剂量和时间依赖性的影响。结果:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对BEL-7402、SMMC-7721、MHCC97-H、Hep G2、MCF-7和PC-3细胞均有较强的抑制作用;其IC50值分别为66.3、61.0、58.2、54.1 mg·L^(-1)。结论:3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对BEL-7402、SMMC-7721、MHCC97-H、Hep G2、MCF-7和PC-3细胞均有较强的的细胞毒作用;3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对BEL-7402细胞增殖抑制作用具有明显的剂量和时间依赖性。Objective： To screening the anti-tumor activity of 3＇-Daidzein Sulfonate Sodium（3＇-DSS）. Methods： Methyl Thiazolyl Tetrazolium（MTT） colorimetry was employed to evaluate the proliferation inhibition effect on highly metastatic liver cancer cell line MHCC97-H,three common liver cancer cell lines SMMC-7721,BEL-7402 and Hep G2,human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 and human prostate cancer cell line PC-3,as well as the effect of the dose and time-dependent manner of 3＇-DSS on BEL-7402 cells. Results： 3 ＇-DSS showed strong inhibition effect on MHCC97-H,SMMC-7721,BEL-7402,Hep G2,MCF-7 and PC-3 cells; the IC50 values are 66. 3,61. 0,58. 2,54. 1 mg·L^-1respectively. Conclusion： 3＇-DSS has strong cytotoxic effect on MHCC97-H,SMMC-7721,BEL-7402,Hep G2,MCF-7 and PC-3 cells. The proliferation inhibition effect of 3＇-DSS on BEL-7402 cell shows significant dose and time-dependent manner.
