骨锚钉联合喙锁韧带重建与锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较研究骨锚钉联合喙锁韧带重建与锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法:将我院自2013年6月~2016年6月共30例需行手术治疗的严重肩锁关节脱位患者随机分为观察组(骨锚钉联合喙锁韧带重建治疗)和对照组(锁骨钩钢板治疗),比较2组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间、术后Lazzcano肩关节功能评估、术后并发症。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术中失血量、住院时间明显减少(P<0.05),但手术时间稍延长(P<0.05);观察组患者Lazzcano术后肩关节功能较对照组稍高,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);对照组与观察组术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨锚钉联合喙锁韧带重建治疗肩锁关节脱位具有出血量少、住院时间短、术后肩关节功能恢复快等优点。Objective： To evaluate and compare the effectiveness of using suture anchor with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction and hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods： Thirty patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were given suture anchor with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction（observation group） and hook plate（control group）. The condition of operation,hospital stay,Lazzcano scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,the time of operative in observation group was significantly greater than that in control group,but there were no significant differences in postoperative complications,postoperative function of Lazzcano between the 2 groups. Conclusion： It is worthy of using suture anchor with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. It was associated with less intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay,easier shoulder functional recovery after operation.
