赣州市某高校学生吸烟行为及控烟态度调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查赣州市某高校学生的吸烟行为发生状况,掌握其控烟的态度和控烟知识知晓情况,为制定针对高校大学生群体的控烟措施提供参考依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取赣州市某高校医学专业及非医学专业学生(从大一到大三)共476名,采用自填问卷方法,调查了解吸烟行为发生状况、其控烟的态度和对控烟知识知晓情况。结果:在424个有效调查样本中,尝试吸烟率为31.13%,男生吸烟率高于女生吸烟率(χ~2=29.49,P<0.05),不同年级吸烟率不同或不全相同,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.98,P<0.05);医学专业学生的尝试吸烟率为26.58%,现吸烟率为7.17%;非医学专业学生尝试吸烟率为36.90%,现吸烟率为13.37%;医学专业学生尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率均低于非医学专业(χ~2=5.19,P<0.05;χ~2=5.48,P<0.05);医学专业大学生控烟态度和控烟知识知晓情况得分均高于非医学专业大学生,有统计学意义(t=2.57,P<0.05;t=2.20,P<0.05)。结论:医学专业学生吸烟率低于其他专业学生,应重点提高非医学专业学生的控烟态度与知识知晓情况。Objective： To Analysis college students＇ smoking status and attitudes to tobacco control from a college in Ganzhou city,to develop and provide reference and a basis for tobacco control measures for college students. Methods： Through cluster sampling method,extracting medical and non-medical students（from the first year to third year） a total of 476 in a college in Ganzhou city,A self-administered questionnaire survey students in General,smoking and tobacco attitudes and behavior. A questionnaire was used to analyze college students＇ smoking status and attitudes to tobacco control. Results： The valid questionnaires had 424,the rate of people to try smoking was 31. 13%; Male smoking rate is higher than female smoking rates,there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）; Different grade rates of smoking or not all the same,there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）; Medical students try smoking rate was 26. 58%,current smoking was 7. 17%,non-medical students try smoking rate was 36. 90%,current smoking rate was 13. 37%,medical students try smoking rates and smoking rates were lower than non-medical students（χ~2= 5. 19,P〈0. 05; χ~2= 5. 48,P〈0. 05）. Medical Students＇ attitude towards tobacco control tobacco control knowledge and professional awareness in higher scores than the non-medical students,and there was statistically significant（t = 2. 57,P〈0. 05; T = 2. 20,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Medical students smoking rate was lower than that of other students,the education of tobacco control for non-medical students should be strengthened.
