科研院所外事交流的现状分析和管理建议——以江苏省血吸虫病防治研究所因公临时出国(境)为例

摘　　要：文章对江苏省血吸虫病防治研究所2006—2015年因公临时出国(境)的出访类型、出访内容、出访人所在学科、学历、职称,出访经费来源等情况进行分类统计,并对统计结果进行详细的分析,分析了科研院所因公出国(境)现状、存在问题并提出了解决对策,以期为院所今后外事管理决策制定提供借鉴和参考。This article classifies and analyzes in detail the types of visits, the contents of the visiting contents, the subjects, the academic qualifications, the titles and the sources of funds of the scholars of Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases going abroad for research from 2006 to 2015. The status quo of the staff of research institutes going abroad in China for research is analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward in order to offer some insights for the future management of foreign affairs management.
