摘　　要：文章运用解释结构模型法建立评价系统的结构模型,利用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,给出了评价公共自行车租赁点布局优劣的模糊综合评价方法,并以银川市西夏区为例对该评价方法进行验证,根据隶属度得出在某处设置租赁点的适合程度,对隶属于"非常适合"等级且隶属度极高的租赁点,考虑在其周边增设租赁点。该研究可为解决城市公共自行车租赁点的布局问题提供决策依据。The structural model of the evaluation system is established in this article by using the explanatory structural model method. The importance of the evaluation index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the layout of the public bicycle rental point. The Xixia District of Yinchuan is taken as an example to verify the evaluation method. The appropriateness of the rental stations is evaluated according to the affiliations. The rental station will be established in highly affiliative spots that are very suitable for setting up the stations. This study can provide the basis of decisions for solving the problem of the layout of urban public bicycle leasing points.
