摘　　要：新时期图书馆的文化建设要研究图书馆的基本价值,以资源价值、空间价值、文化价值和公共服务价值为基础构成图书馆的价值网结构,基于图书馆的价值网结构,有序加强建设核心文化,推进知识服务的资源文化,营造多元的空间文化,建立"自由平等"的服务文化,积极构建特色文化以推进图书馆的文化软实力建设。Cultural construction of library in the new period should start from the basic value of the library,based on the library value net structure,which taking resource value,space value,culture value and the value of public service as the foundation,strengthen core culture construction,promote the resources of the knowledge service culture,build multivariate space culture,establish a ＂ freedom and equality＂ service culture,and actively construct characteristic culture to promote the library＇s cultural soft power.
