摘  要:采用醇沉水提法从资源植物玉叶金花果实中提取粗多糖,通过乙醚脱脂、Savage法脱蛋白得到精多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验,探讨pH值、浸提时间、料液比、乙醇醇析体积倍数对玉叶金花果实中精多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,玉叶金花果实中精多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶15(g·m L-1),浸提时间3 h,pH值6,乙醇醇析体积倍数1∶4。在此提取工艺条件下,提取率为2.71%;通过验证此最佳提取工艺稳定可行。The crude polysaccharide in the resource plant of Mussaenda esquirolli L6vl. fruit was extracted by alcohol-water extrac- tion, and then the refined polysaccharide were got using degreasing of ether and eluting protein of Sevage reagent. Comparison of sin- gle-factor test and then using orthogonal test of L9 (3^4), 4 factors such as pH, extraction time, liquid ratio, times the size of ethanol al- cohol -precipitated to the refined polysaceharide extraction were studied with the extract yield for the evaluation. The results showed that the best conditions for extraction were extracting liquid than 1:15 (g. mL^-1), extraction time 3 h, pH 6, 4 times the size of ethanol alcohol-precipitated. Under this extraction process conditions, extract yield was 2.71%, the optimum extraction process was stable and feasible.
