摘　　要：目的了解资兴市城市和农村居民健康知识知晓情况,为制定详细的健康教育方案提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,对居民进行问卷调查。结果共调查城乡居民2 458人,居民健康生活方式等相关知识知晓率为44.4%,其中吸烟严重影响健康知晓率最高,达73.6%;重金属防治知识知晓率为31.9%,其中重金属铅的危害知晓率最高为57.1%。城市社区居民健康生活方式知识、重金属防治知识知晓率均明显高于乡镇农村居民。文化程度越高,健康知识知晓率越高;女性居民健康知识知晓率高于男性居民。结论资兴市城乡居民的健康生活方式相关知识及重金属防治知识知晓率偏低,需加强对居民尤其是中老年群体进一步开展系列通俗易懂的健康教育活动。Objective To investigate the current situation of awareness on health-related knowledge among urban residents in Zixing City, therefore providing evidence for formulation of the health education plan. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among residents selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. Results In total, there were 2 458 community residents recruited in this survey. A total awareness rate of health-related knowledge in the residents was 44.4 % ,awareness rate of healthy lifestyle-related knowledge was 73.6 %, and awareness rate of the knowledge of prevention and control of heavy metals was 31.9 %, awareness rate of the harm of lead was 5 7.1%. The awareness rate of healthy lifestyle and heavy metal knowledge among urban residents was significantly higher than that of rural residents .The awareness rate of health-related knowledge of female residents was higher than that of male residents, and the awareness rate of health-related knowledge increased with the education levels. Conclusions The awareness rate of health-related knowledge of community residents in Zixing City is low. It is necessary to carry out a series of health education activities which are easy to understand for the middle-aged residents.
