摘 要:采用动态流变法和DMA法研究了不同组成的聚丙烯(PP)/聚乙烯基弹性体(POE)/聚丙烯基弹性体(PBE)共混型热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)熔体的流变行为和相容性。表征结果显示,对于POE/PBE/PP共混型TPO体系,在较低扫描频率下(lgω≤0.5),POE含量越高,复数黏度越高;PBE含量越高,第一牛顿区平台越明显。共混型TPO的储能模量(G′)和损耗模量(G″)均随扫描频率的增加而增大,POE含量越高,G′和G″随扫描频率变化的幅度越小;在高频区,G′和G″随扫描频率变化的幅度趋于一致。当POE含量不小于30%(w)时,共混型TPO的黏度随温度的变化为非线性,在180~230℃温度范围内存在两个黏流活化能。随PBE含量的增加,共混型TPO的相容性提高。The rheological behavior and the compatibility of the polypropylene(PP)/polyethylene-based elastomer(POE)/polypropylene-based elastomer(PBE) blended thermoplastic polyolefins(TPO) with different compositions were studied by the dynamic rheological method and DMA method. The results showed that with the increase of POE content,the complex viscosity of the blended TPO system increased at the lower scanning frequency(lgω≤0.5);the higher the PBE content was,the more obviously the first Newtonian platform was observed. The storage modulus(G′) and the loss modulus(G″) of the blended TPO increased with the scanning frequency increasing,and the higher the POE content was,the smaller the amplitude of G′ and G″ changed with the scanning frequency. In the high frequency region,the amplitude of G′ and G″ tended to be consistent with the scanning frequency changing. When POE content is no less than 30%(w),the viscosity of the blended TPO versus the temperature became non-linear,and there were two activation energy of the viscous flow at 180-230 ℃. With the increase of the PBE content,the compatibility of the blended TPO system was improved.
