摘 要:以中国石化北京化工研究院中试生产的表面活性聚合物BHJ-1为研究对象,考察了聚合物溶液浓度、温度、矿化度、剪切及高温老化对聚合物性能的影响,并与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)进行了对比。实验结果表明,BHJ-1具有较高的表面活性和界面活性,在质量浓度为1 500 mg/L时,溶液的表面张力为35.2 mN/m,界面张力为1.0 mN/m;在江苏油田现场水和油田模拟盐水条件下,BHJ-1具有优异的增黏性、耐温抗盐性、抗剪切性及抗老化性,且在水驱采收率35.0%的基础上,可进一步提高原油采收率高达24.4百分点,高出HPAM 7.6百分点,表现出显著的驱油效果,有望应用于我国江苏油田。The pilot production of the surface active polymer BHJ-1, which was produced by Sinopec Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry, was studied. The effects of polymer concentration, temperature, salinity, shear and high temperature aging on properties of polymer BHJ-1 were investigated and compared with those of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM). The results show that polymer BHJ-1 had high surface activity and interracial activity, its surface tension was 35.2 mN/m and interracial tension was 1.0 mN/m when its mass concentration was 1 500 mg/L. In addition, BHJ-1 exhibited excellent viscosity increasing property, heat resistance, salt tolerance, shearing resistance and ageing resistance under the conditions of oilfield water and simulated brine in Jiangsu oilfield. According to simulation displacement evaluation, with recovery of 35.0% in the water flooding polymer BHJ-1 could further enhanced oil recovery rate of 24.4 percentage points, which was higher than the HPAM 7.6 percentage points, and show a significant flooding effect. BHJ- 1 is hopeful to be applied to Jiangsu oilfield in China.
