摘  要:在新疆伊犁地区霍城县的野生樱桃李林沟边、林窗、林下3种生境采集土壤样品,分析了脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸酶4种主要土壤酶活性变化和养分特征。结果表明,不同样地土壤酶活性有显著差异(P<0.05);土壤酶活性具有明显的垂直土层分布,土层越深,土壤酶活性越低。相关性分析表明,蔗糖酶活性与土壤全氮、速效磷、速效钾达到极显著负相关水平(P<0.01),与有机质呈显著负相关(P<0.05);磷酸酶与土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾、速效氮、含水量达到极显著正相关水平(P<0.01);脲酶与土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、含水量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与速效钾、速效氮呈显著正相关(P<0.05);过氧化氢酶与土壤全氮、速效钾呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与有机质、含水量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);土壤酶活性与pH值无显著相关性。This paper measured the soil physicochemical properties and the activities of soil urease,catalase,sucrase and phosphatase in three different soils in Daxigou of Xinjiang.The results showed that there were significant differences in the soil enzyme activities in three different soils,and the soil enzyme activities had obvious vertical distribution.The deeper the soil layer,the lower the soil enzyme activity.Correlation analysis indicated that the invertase activity was significantly negatively correlated with total N,available P and available K,and negatively correlated with soil organic matter.Phosphatase and soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,available nitrogen,soil moisture content reached a very significant positive correlation level.Available potassium and available nitrogen were significantly positively correlated with catalase and soil total N and available K were significantly negatively correlated with organic matter and water content.Catalase was significantly negatively correlated with soil total N and available K,and negatively correlated with organic matter and water content,and there was no significant correlation between soil enzyme activity and pH value.
