“引水入渠方”治疗慢传输型便秘的研究

摘　　要：目的观察"引水入渠方"治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分成两组,治疗组40例服用"引水入渠方",对照组40例服用麻仁滋脾丸,两组均以14天为一个疗程。疗程结束后观察两组便秘症状积分;痊愈率、总有效率;72h标志物排出率。结果两组患者治疗后便秘症状均有所改善,治疗组的改善优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组痊愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后两组72h标志物排出率均较治疗前增加,治疗组增加幅度显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 "引水入渠方"治疗慢传输型便秘疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of＂Yinshui Ruqu prescription＂in the treatment of slow transit constipation. Methods80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 40 cases took the ＂Yinshui Ruqu prescription＂. The control group of 40 cases took Maren Zipi pills. Two groups were treated for 14 days for one course of treatment. After treatment,symptoms of constipation,the cure rate,the total effective rate and the discharge rate of 72 h markers was observed. Results After treatment,constipation symptoms of the two groups were improved,the improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P〈0.05. The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,P〈0.05. 72 h marker excretion rate of the two groups were increased comparing with that before the treatment,and the increase of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion The ＂Yinshui Ruqu prescription＂in the treatment of slow transit constipation has significant effect.
