摘 要:热水解氧化法可有效降低垃圾渗透液污泥的水分,缩减污泥的体积。热水解氧化法及络合剂协同热水解氧化法还可以有效去除污泥中重金属。本文设计了垃圾渗透液污泥脱水、脱重金属的处理工艺路线,筛选了工艺条件,比较了脱水效果,探讨了去除重金属的含量上限。经实验得出:反应后的污泥样品含水率由80%下降到30%以下。在最佳条件下,即反应温度220℃、反应时间60 min、固液比20:6条件下,在金属络合剂加入量为10.0 g/kg的条件下,污泥Cu、Zn和Ni的去除率达到79.19%,79.11%和55.20%,达到A级排放标准。可将CJ/T309-2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处理农用污泥标准》B级标准的2倍重金属含量的模拟污泥,降至标准范围内。Thermal hydrolysis oxidation method can reduce the moisture and volume contents of waste penetrating fluid sludge effectively. Thermal hydrolysis oxidation method and metal complexing agent cooperate with thermal hydrolysis oxidation method can remove heavy metals in waste penetrating fluid sludge effectively. The paper talk about the process route that reduces the moisture and metal of waste penetrating fluid sludge were designed, the process conditions were chosen, the dehydration effect was compared, and the upper removal limit of heavy metal contents was discussed. The experimental results showed that water content of the sludge sample after reaction decrease from 80% to 30% less. Under the optimum conditions which reaction temperature is 220℃, reaction time is 60 minutes and the mass ratio deionized waste penetrating fluid sludge to water is 20:6, the metal complexing agent is 10.0g/kg, the removal rates of Cu, Zn and Ni are 79.19%, 79.11% and 55.20% that meets A-level emission standard. The twice heavy metal content in the simulated sludge of B-level which is CJ/T 309-2009 Agricultural Municipal Sludge in Waste Water Treatment Plant Standard can reduce to standard after performance excellence.
